Fathering

#FATHERING: As a coach, I reflect on fathering. Many of us know fathers and have been impacted by fathering. Let’s use this day to Be Still and reflect.

For the workplace fathers; those that coach and mentor women and men, imparting core values of integrity, loyalty, and dedication. To those fathers that realize their purpose, and great impact the team sharing playful congeniality - encouraging their workplace to grow. They are building a high performing team legacy.

For the natural fathers that know how to blend working, recreational moments, family and marital intimacy and stay true to their anointed authenticity. To those fathers who are being great stewards as God intended and are teaching, playing, laughing, coaching, loving, dreaming, and chastising with mercy and love. No judgement.

For the spiritual fathers that are convinced of God’s love and know He’s more than enough. They believe in the faithfulness of God in any circumstance or situation. To those fathers that know adversity only seeks to challenge you and your relationship to the ultimate Father - they never walk in fear.

Forgive and release. Then receive the increase in this new season. Understand the ability to forgive is in proportion to the fullness of perfect love you’ll receive. Mercy does triumph over judgment!💫
