Hi, I’m EJ.  Leadership Strategist, Team + Individual Development Coach.

For over 20 years, my diverse background as a C-suite executive, live event producer + project management professional has given me extensive experience in helping others transform their work + life experiences by developing a foundational framework + expressing a greater sense of purpose and intentionality.

Deciding to become a Transformational Coach was the next natural career stepping stone for me. I love training and developing high-performing individuals and teams. Certified as a professional and personal coach, facilitator, + large-scale live event producer, our work together will be transformational.

I am a process-focused, filled with faith Believer. My service in the marketplace is purpose-driven. My unique strengths bring hope and renewed life to individuals and teams enthusiastically wanting to grow as high-performing leaders and world-class team builders.

Professionally and personally, a sacred scripture continually transforms and threads my life. I believe it always answers the ultimate burning question -- how can I be made whole to Live my Best Life Today? 

Today, I guide, train and mentor individuals and organizations on a similar search for wholeness but possibly looking at the wrong signpost.

Throughout my transformation journey, the lame parts of me have been awakened by two things: obeying the right voice and unlocking the creative decision-making power within me. That inner strength and renewed radar gave me the hope and life to use my tests as testimonies. I also gained greater insight into how to steward my talents, energy, and resources successfully.

I have relentlessly focused on the amazing transformational possibilities of people + society.
