The Secrets of Getting Unstuck using 3 Basic Questions

This is what I found out about getting stuck. 

Sometimes when we get stuck, we beat ourselves up over.....

Thinking we don’t have the characteristics or abilities that say, “Yes, I want to grow my career or advance with a special project.” 

Well, today we’re talking about living our BEST life with INITIATIVE.

Skill, knowledge, practical know-how, and even strong emotional intelligence are fantastic. Still, it takes initiative to get unstuck and deliver key results to achieve any type of goal - - short, long, or capstone goals.

So, how do you grab hold of that inertia called initiative? Well, initiative is intrinsic. You have to marry that drive to intrinsic motivation. Ah-hah! Say, “I do.”

Intrinsic motivation will get you unstuck! Intrinsic motivation separates high-performing doers from the rest of the professional pack being led by fear of failure or the need for professional status.

That’s not you!

You’re a blended person living your BEST Blended Life. You desire purposeful meaning and qualitative authenticity in your career, business, within your tribe, and your intimate achievements.

The Secrets of Getting Unstuck are uncovered in these 3 Basic Questions:

#1      What’s your target today?

Write down daily commitment assignments.  “I will__________today.” Bring it into the present.

#2      Are you deferring your hope today? Let’s tackle with the “5 Whys”.

DIG IN and deal with the source of your dissatisfaction and restlessness. Spend 20 minutes of stillness time + deal with what’s really bugging you. Don’t keep sabotaging the work output for personal development this year.”

#3      Are you committed to the goal OR the method of achieving it?

Your internalized desire level will describe how serious you are at improving in your career, business, or personal development. Are you at ¼, ½, or a full tank of the intrinsic initiative?

 Be a challenge so others will marvel at how much they must expand and grow to keep up with you!
