For the past 14+ years I’ve coached and trained multi-generational leaders, executives, business owners, early career professionals, and other career creators to transform into their best and blended selves for distinction and success. Building the capacity of leaders in their roles and businesses and aligning them with their purpose and design is what I do best. As a C-suite executive and senior-level event producer of 30 years, I work with professionals and aspiring high-performing leaders to connect their continuous life process to the work they’ve been designed to do. I’m a HR-strategist. From my earliest organizational management memories in strategic planning, connecting different team visions with the right strategic approach for the company has been a management area I’ve always enjoyed. As an HR exec, I help formulate the higher-level strategic business plan integrating innovative people management practices. The company business strategy should work hand in hand with a human best practice approach. The most updated HR strategy strengthens organizational teams and managers to effectively build their company’s competitive edge. If your company is wrought with internal conflict, it can have a negative impact on performance and business success. An HR strategist takes the vision and proposes a organizational design plan. I know my work is not easy but I enjoy innovation and have the courage to examine new ideas with clients for significant change that improves business performance.

I’m a stillness-strategist, and have taken an 8-year journey to find out how to live life today overflowing with all I need. What are you doing with your feelings?
